Having moved into a larger property in the Courtenay area, regular internet couldn’t sufficiently cover the area, or our needs. We called TechYoda and he dropped in later that day (yes - the same day) to have a look around and come up with a plan.
Less than a week later he was back. Completely sorted out the mess of wires and poor (to non-existing) connections, and has given us absolutely fantastic service!
VERY strongly recommend Ihor at TechYoda for his knowledge, skill, attitude, and friendliness.
I would easily recommend him for any internet related issues/solutions going forward.
I wish I could give him 6-stars.

if there were 10 stars you would get them, printer giving me problems for days telus could not fix i struggled with reloading drivers and tech yoda came in with his magic and fixed it in 10 mins so happy I can breath again and do my business book work. thanks so much, i had called many others and no one called me back so happy to have him come the same day and fix. for sure give him a call if you need help. this is what customer service should be . thank you so much from yummies and gyros greek restaurant here in courtenay.

This company is excellent! They responded quickly to my call for help with superb customer service, which really helped in a stressful situation. Ihor diagnosed the issue, clearly explained my options, and offered recommendations. He upgraded my computer while preserving the data, and ensured everything was working as it should. TechYoda has been a wonderful experience. He was so easy to deal with, responsive, very knowledgeable, excellent problem solver and he upgraded a desktop computer and a laptop and installed a wifi booster. Great professional service for reasonable price. Computer was upgraded and changed the hdd drive for ssd. At same time I had problem with TV, my provider can't find reason. Igor fixed problem for 10 min. Thank you. You are fantastic technician!
